Jonathan Atkinson instructed on Russell Bishop Re-Trial

Jonathan Atkinson is instructed by the South East Complex Cases Unit (CPS) as part of the legal team in the re-trial of Russell Bishop. The re-trial is being heard by Sweeney J in the Old Bailey.

Mr Bishop is charged with murders of two young child in late 80’s, in the Sussex area. The trial is due to last of 6-8 weeks.
