Michael Walker was successful in a securing a custodial sentence for contempt of Court in a long running Anti-Social Behaviour matter plaguing a Sussex town.
The case involved repeated breaches of an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction made pursuant to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. The Judge concluded that the Defendant had caused “significant public nuisance” and passed an immediate custodial sentence.
