Anita Mehta has joined Resolution’s national committee on Property, Tax and Financial Remedy.  Anita is looking forward to working with Resolution in respect of this difficult and changing area of law.

The purpose of the committee is:

  • To formulate, promote and implement strategy and policy in relation to property, tax and pension issues and the practice of ancillary relief generally.
  • To monitor developments in law and practice and campaign in relation to those developments as appropriate.
  • To keep Resolution members abreast of any developments through training and article writing.

Specific topics the Committee has been considering include the impact of Brexit and experts in pensions on divorce.
