Chambers welcomes Julie Stather (called 2000) and Rebecca Davies (called 1996) increasing our membership to 50 barristers. They will accept instructions from January 2018.
Rebecca Davies has over 20 years’ experience in family law relating to children. Her practice covers the full suite of public and private law cases. She is further instructed in inquests and for court of protection matters. She regularly appears in the courts at all levels and has acted as a leading junior in the High Court.
Julie Stather is an experienced family law practitioner, particularly in both public and private cases involving children. She also published the Secure Accommodation Handbook (2013) and regularly contributes to legal periodicals. Moreover, she brings dual expertise as a qualified family arbitrator, qualified family mediator as well as a trainer of expert witnesses.
