Charlotte John, instructed on behalf of P’s deputies, has successfully secured an order authorising the execution of a statutory Will in circumstances involving allegations of substantial and sophisticated financial abuse and a prior Will executed in suspicious circumstances.
As a result of the order made, the party suspected of misappropriating P’s assets, and of procuring the suspicious Will, will no longer benefit from P’s estate, which has been restored to the beneficiaries of P’s earlier Wills.
