On Friday 23rd June Our Family Team showcased their expertise to a selection of specialist family practitioners from private practice and local government at the Sussex Cricket County Ground.
Chaired and opened by Adam Smith, he presented on Vulnerable Witnesses/Parties. Richard Ager followed on Mental capacity. Laura Bayley spoke on the subject of International Relocation whilst Timothy Bergin discussed The Family Law Arbitration Scheme. Finally Lynn McFadyen presented in relation to Threshold Criteria.
The seminar was engaging and thought provoking whilst afterwards the party provided an opportunity to discuss the topics over a glass of wine.
