The conference was held in Chatham on 7th June and was opened by James King-Smith who provided an update on Matrimonial Finance Case Law while Jane Peckham spoke about TOLATA and Schedule 1.
Later in the day Emma Pearce gave a presentation on International Relocation followed by sessions on Settlement Meetings by Laura Bayley and Eleanor Battle and vulnerable witnesses and parties led by Adam Smith.
The conference ended with a seminar on the latest developments in Child Sexual Exploitation given by Martin Downs.
