Nigel Taylor is experienced at representing Local Authority clients as well as parents and children. His practice in this area includes non-accidental injury, injuries to babies including SBS, allegations of sexual abuse and fabricated illness (FII). He also has experience of care proceedings which have an international dimension including Brussels IIR and Hague Convention. He was recently involved in Article 15 proceedings in respect of Czech Republic nationals now reported as Re A & B (Children:Brussels II Revised ; Article 15) [2014] EWHC 3516 (Fam)

Richard Ager acts regularly for Local Authorities, parents and children in care and related proceedings. He has particular interest in cases that have a foreign element and has conducted cases in which children have been placed abroad both in the EU and elsewhere as well as in recovery cases under the Hague Convention.
