We are delighted to announce that three experienced criminal practitioners from Sussex Chambers in Eastbourne have accepted our offer of tenancy at Crown Office Row, Brighton. The current Head of Sussex Chambers, Julian Dale, together with fellow criminal practitioners Rebecca Upton and Daniel Frier, will become Members of Crown Office Row, Brighton with effect from 8 December.

Head of our criminal team, Rowan Jenkins, said that he was delighted with this important boost to the existing criminal team – “All three are highly regarded locally and bring with them extensive experience which complements that of our existing team.”

Julian was called to the Bar in 1991 and joined Sussex Chambers as only their third tenant in 1992 and has been their Head of Chambers for 9 years.
