In judicial review proceedings heard on 1 November 2012, Jeremy Cave appeared on behalf of the RSPCA and was successful in judicially reviewing the decision of a Crown Court and obtained a declaration that clarifies the court’s powers when it makes disqualification orders following conviction under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
