Christine Henson, Rowan Jenkins and Francesca Lewington have all been appointed to the recently announced List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law. This new list of counsel jointly approved by the Health and Safety Executive, the Environmental Agency and the Office of the Rail Regulator replaces the Attorney General’s Unified List of Prosecuting Advocates. At the time of advertising, the regulatory bodies responsible for the list sought only to appoint around 100 advocates nationwide, so it is a great achievement for Crown Office Row that all three Members who sought appointment were successful.
