Tim Bergin, Clare Ciborowska and Catriona Murdoch will be giving a seminar on the role that McKenzie Friends and Litigants in Person are increasingly playing in family cases.
Furthermore, this seminar will discuss the issue of funding expert reports when representing a party against a litigant in person with limited funds.
