Simon Sinnatt appeared as Counsel for the Applicants in front of Brighton and Hove Council’s Licensing panel and successfully helped secure approval for an application for a Highway Licence for the Brighton Wheel in Dalton’s Bastion, near Madeira Drive. Simon Sinnatt successfully submitted that the objectors had failed to put forward relevant highway factors in support of their opposition.
The council gave planning permission for the £6 million privately funded attraction in May.
