Neil Garnham QC and Philippa Whipple win highest ever Periodical Payment award

Neil Garnham QC and Philippa Whipple have obtained index-linked periodical payments of £485,000 pa for a severely damaged child claimant, thought to be the highest ever PPO awarded to date.  It was agreed by the parties and approved by the Court on 7th December 2009.
