Acting for Claimant and Defendant he has appeared in numerous cases in the High Court, County Courts and Coroner's Courts as well as disciplinary and other specialist tribunals. He has a wide experience of advising private individuals, professionals, companies, healthcare bodies and government departments. His public law practice includes judicial review, civil VAT and Duties appeals, healthcare disciplinary cases and inquests (especially those concerning healthcare issues and deaths in custody).
