Profile

Pegah Sharghy practises exclusively in Family Law and is one of a few Sussex-based specialist Matrimonial Finance practitioners with approximately 90% of her practice being devoted to all aspects of financial relief. Her practice base extends across East and West Sussex and into London, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.

Due to her specialisation, Pegah has a wealth of experience in conducting a wide variety of cases from modest assets to multi-million pound cases involving business and off-shore assets, foreign property, trusts and pensions. She has experience in conducting “big money” litigation through her role as Junior Counsel to David Balcombe QC (based in London).

Pegah has excellent client skills and is also respected as a strong and skilful negotiator and advocate. She is keen to advise as to case management, tactics, information gathering and experts and applies her financial data management skills into producing schedules and skeleton arguments to great effect.

Pegah is a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
