Oliver Sanders has a wide experience in: public law & human rights; national security law; breach of confidence & misuse of private information; data protection & freedom of information; contempt of court; public authority tort & HRA damages claims; the Equality Act 2010; inquests & inquiries.

He is a member of ALBA, HRLA, the Bar Pro Bono Scheme & the Inner Temple Advocacy Training Programme & gives regular lectures to, e.g. government depts, the Justice / Sweet & Maxwell FOI Conference & the ALBA Summer Conference.
