The purpose of this section is to provide you with easy access, in a fully searchable format, to reference material which may be of use to you.

Recent Cases – these are descriptions of and commentaries on recent cases in which our Members have been involved listed in date order.

Papers – these are articles or case commentaries written by Members, categorised by area of law and in date order.

Seminars – listed here in date order of the seminar concerned are the handout materials prepared to support our active seminar programme including audiostreamed talks from our more recent seminars. Click on the icon above the "View Notes" button to listen to the talks as they were delivered.

Human Rights - as you may know, we have run since 1999 the unique Human Rights Update service at www.humanrights.org.uk If the area of law of interest to you is Human Rights then you will find all our material on this site which can be accessed direct by clicking on Human Rights Update in the navigation column.
